These terms apply to all tickets purchased through this website for Stages Theatre Group performances.
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where a performance is cancelled or rescheduled by Stages Theatre Group.
- Tickets are valid only for the date and performance stated on the ticket.
- Your electronic ticket will be sent via email or WhatsApp. Please ensure it is available on your mobile phone for checking at the venue.
- Each ticket may be used once only. Duplicate or copied tickets will not be accepted.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance. Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
- Stages Theatre Group reserves the right to refuse entry where a ticket is invalid, has already been used, or cannot be verified.
- In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.
