STAGES ENSEMBLE
This is where we turn theatre into rocket science. So only ultra-serious artists find a place at these free training sessions. The sessions are regular and intense focusing on ensemble acting, devising, and physical theatre.
The Stages Ensemble is about equipping artists with superpowers and unleashing them on the world. They are most often the core of Stages’ productions and many have gone on to achieve amazing things.
YOUTH ENSEMBLE
The Youth Ensemble is a stepping stone to serious theatre with concentrated skills development and exposure to advanced theatre practices.
The goal here is to give 16 – 24 year olds the tools and opportunity to run an independent theatre company, conceptualizing, developing, writing and dealing with the nitty-gritties.
JUNIOR ENSEMBLE
The Junior Ensemble workshops are for kids between 10 and 16 years old (nothing like getting them early). At these sessions, kids are introduced to acting, directing, writing, and stage management.
The past term was all about using physical theatre and clowning skills which they used in their production titled, Am I Important?.
